To strenghten its team we are looking for a creative, hands-on architect acting as a teamplayer who is accountable through to his/her experience to follow up the design and architecture of our projects.

Description

Management reporting / reporting to Board of Directors: timely follow-up, analysis and interpretation of results
Control of the balances of affiliates
Management of the budgeting & forecasting process, with monthly follow-up of variances
Analyse and improve internal controls and procedures
Cash management
Competition analysis
Business risk reporting
Coordination of external audit process and statutory requirements,…
Assist in ad hoc projects: profitability analyses new projects, due diligences, implementation new software tools,…
Assist in preparation of the quarterly Board of Directors’ meetings.
Investment analyses
Preparation of reports to financial institutions
Analyses of markets
Detect opportunities
Active involvement in financial and capital market transactions

Profile

You have a master degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
You have a first working experience in finance (controlling and/or audit)
You have excellent Office 365 knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Good understanding & experience with Belgian GAAP and eventually IFRS
Good understanding of basic financial terminology: IRR, NPV, Cash Flow,…
Very good in quantitative analyses and short to the point syntheses
You are a team player and can also work autonomously
Good knowledge of Dutch and English
Able to meet deadlines under all circumstances
Flexible, punctual, stress resistant and excellent organisational skills
