In the presence of Minister Demir, the demolition works of the “Zwarte Markt” started on the 15th of June.

The works will last until the end of this summer.

In the first phase, Alinso Group will develop a logistics hall of 48,050 m² on the site, consisting of 3 divisible units.

52 loading docks, 67 truck parking areas and 300 passenger car parking areas are provided.

The building will be fully eco-efficient and BREEAM certified.
