Alinso Group acquired the “Zwarte Markt”, a plot with a surface of 14 ha in Tessenderlo.

Alinso Group will develop, in two phases, a carbon neutral and BREEAM certified logistic campus, according to the  newest & highest market standards. The first phase foresees 52,000 m² logistics, 5,000 m² mezzanine and 2,600 m² offices divisable in 3 parts. In the  second phase Alinso Group will realize an extension of 28,000 m².

The premise will provide 67 truck parkings and 300 car parkings expandable up to 400 places.

The start of the construction is planned during 2022, in parrallel commercialization will be launched.
